Got into town early and enjoyed a great shower and got our clothes washed and ready for the next part of the journey. Our accommodations were much more cfortable.

A night on the floor in Granon
Accommodations were minimal in Granon but we had mass and shared a communal meal with many fellow pilgrims.

Treat on our walk today
Today we walked by a very nice golf course. We stopped and had breakfast. I wanted to stop longer and hit some balls but it would have been hard withy pack on my back. Oh well it was still nice to walk on the greens. 
Day 12 Sept 21 Azofra to Granon
24 km today, high 27
A long, hot walk today. Staying on the floor of an old church. Many pilgrims here. We will share a pilgrim meal and the have mass.

Day 11 Sept 20 Ventosa to Azofra
Walk 17 km from Ventosa to Azofra. Left early and got into Azofra early in the afternoon after stopping along the way in Najera for mass at 10:30.
