Gifts from farmers along the way

As we walk farmers who are working in their fields along the way present us with fruit and nuts from their harvest. We have been given grapes and almonds as a snack. The first farmer gave us almonds and showed us how to break them with stones. This guy had a nut cracker and broke a few almonds in each our hands.
